Holidays....yes, the ones that were 2 months ago!

Well.......as I was moving the pics around I deleted all of my writing........So here I go again...

I don't know how you all find the time to stay updated on your blogs, not that its a bad thing, but man....I can't keep up!
Thanksgiving!! (Was almost 3 months ago!) But it was lots of fun! We were with the Fredericks this year. We try and switch off every year, share the love :) The holidays kinda stress me out..It's so nice to have both families so close, but at the same time can be kinda hectic around the holidays with so much going on! And I don't even have any pictures from thanksgiving, so thats LAME!
We had a really fun Christmas, too! We did the traditional candlelight dinner, kids act out the Christmas story(with questionable costumes....shiley...) Christmas PJ's, Christmas morning breakfast with the Strattons, But this year we had a SURPRISE!!!

It was seriously a surprise...no one knew ANYTHING, except my mom and dad. It was so fun! The kids loved it, some were a little unsure at first, but when they saw who was behind the beard it was all good! It was grandpa! Which was a shocker, but awesome! My mom said it was all his idea, which is really not like my dad, but it was awesome!! So Fun!

New Years eve we went to Vegas, ate at BJ's, which is one of my new favorite places :) and went to pole position......which closed as soon as we pulled up! Then we tried to ride speed at the Sahara, but that closed 4 minutes before we got there! So we came home. I went to bed. I'm not sure what everyone else did, BUT I made it to midnight!! woot. woot.
Happy new year! New years resolution #1 keep up on blog.....hahahahahaha! mmmhhhmmm..

ok back it up

Mom and dad celebrated their 75th...I mean their 40th wedding anniversary. They had peace and quiet for about 11 months right after they were married, and haven't been alone since! We know they would be way too bored without us or one of the grandchildren around. ;D

Happy Birthday Ian!

So, I can brag on Ian a little bit today because it's his birthday!! (well technically tomorrow, the 14th) Ian is awesome! I'm so glad that he is mine! Sorry ladies, but I really got the best.
He has worked AND gone to school ever since we've been married. You are probably thinking, "shouldn't he be done with school by now, then?" Yes. He is. And he keeps going back. Don't be surprised if he makes you call him Dr. Stratton someday. hahaha.
Ian is my motivator. He makes life fun, exciting, and interesting! I am so lucky to be able to laugh and have so much fun with my husband. There seriously is no one I would rather spend eternity with!

MERRY CHRISTMAS

I feel like I haven't stopped since Thanksgiving, which was great by the way. I honestly can't believe it's already December 9th! wow. I'll update this thing someday, but just wanted to say Merry Christmas!

E.T. Highway Marathon

So... This took place a couple of months ago and the only reason I haven't posted anything about it is because these two ladies didn't want anyone to see their picture.....WHATEVER! Sorry ladies! I think your awesome and beautiful! BUT I especially think that guy with you is smokin hot! THEY DID A 10K AT MIDNIGHT ON ET HIGHWAY! They did awesome! It was Ian's first one and he seriously did really good. I cheered them on from the truck...asleep. oops. You guys are my hero's :D
